When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our diary that is no longer available to our other clients. Therefore upon booking we require a deposit to be paid.
Deposit will be charged at 50% of your estimated service cost.
Deposits will be non-refundable for appointments re-scheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the original appointment time.
If more than 48 hours notice is given, we will re-fund the deposit.

We understand unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Given the short-notice it is unlikely we will be able to fill the full appointment time.
We will send email reminders, please ensure with our reception team that your details are correct & booking reminders have been allowed.
Cancellation Fee:
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours from your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee whereby 50% of your booked service will be charged.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment, or in the case of a no-show the full appointment will be charged.

Allergy Alert Tests are free of charge, very quick and are carried out by our professional team.
Allergy tests can be booked online or by phoning the salon.
Do I need an allergy test?
New Colour Clients & Clients Absent 6+ Months: An allergy test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
This also applies if you’ve had medical or allergy related changes since your last visit.
Failure to attend an allergy test at least 48 hours prior to a colour appointment will result in a cancellation.
A cancellation charge may occur.
