  • When you book your appointment, you are holding a space in our diary that is no longer available to our other clients. Therefore upon booking we require a deposit to be paid.

    Deposit will be charged at 30%-50% of your estimated service cost.

    Deposits will be non-refundable for appointments re-scheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the original appointment time.

    If more than 24 hours notice is given we will re-allocate the deposit to a future booking.

  • We understand unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Given the short-notice it is unlikely we will be able to fill the full appointment time.

    We will send text/email reminders, please ensure with our reception team that your details are correct & booking reminders have been allowed.

    Cancellation Fee:

    Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours from your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee whereby 50% of your booked service will be charged.

    In the case of a no-show the full appointment will be charged.

  • At EW Hair your safety is our priority. Please read the short paragraph below to ensure your Allergy Test is up to date. If you have any concerns please call our reception, we will be happy to assist.

    Allergy Alert Tests are free of charge, very quick and are carried out by our professional team.

    Allergy tests can be booked online or by phoning the salon.

    Do I need an allergy test?

    All new clients are required to have an allergy test at least 48 hours prior to colour appointment.

    Existing clients, who have not had their hair coloured at EW Hair within six months of previous colour appointment, are also required to have an updated allergy test prior to colour appointment.

    Failure to attend an allergy test at least 48 hours prior to a colour appointment will result in a cancellation.

    A cancellation charge may occur.
